At the Ontario Center, we believe that support is more than a short-term service, it is a lifelong relationship. We are a dedicated, center in Doha, Qatar, providing a safe, predictable, and nurturing "home away from home" for children and young adults with complex language, learning, cognitive, and sensory challenges.
We do not work in isolated professional silos. Our team operates under a highly collaborative, transdisciplinary model, where specialized educators, communication professionals, daily living specialists, adaptive physical instructors, creative arts educators, and culinary staff work as a single unit around the unique goals of each student.
If you are looking for an environment that values continuous professional growth, family partnership, and evidence-based support, discover our open opportunities below.
Why Professionals Choose Ontario Center
A Multi-Disciplinary Workspace: Rather than writing disjointed reports in isolation, our specialists conduct collaborative evaluations and design integrated learning profiles together, embedding support directly into daily routines.
Access to World-Class Facilities and Technology: Implement your sessions using advanced assistive technology (such as VR, DT Trainer, and TouchMath programs), a state-of-the-art Multi-Sensory Environment, and Qatar's first Sensory-Friendly VIP Cinema.
Low Staff-to-Participant Ratios: To ensure safety, comfort, and positive behavioral progress, we maintain low, supportive ratios (including intensive 1:1 and 1:2 allocations for our highly dependent participants).
True Family Partnership: We treat our families as essential team members, reducing parental stress by delivering consistent support and keeping communication transparent.
