Youth Program

Building Academic Confidence, Independence, and Self-Esteem

Ages 6-14

Inspiring Our Youth, One Day at a Time

Our Youth Program is designed specifically for individuals with diverse learning, language, and cognitive differences. We provide success-oriented spaces where youth are challenged at their individual level and encouraged to take positive learning risks without the fear of failure.

Our Learner-Centered Philosophy

We understand that "one size does not fit all." Guided by person-centered principles, we identify each individual's unique strengths, interests, and learning styles rather than focusing on deficits.

Students are grouped across two buildings by both age and ability level to protect their social experience and ensure peer interactions are mutually beneficial, age-appropriate, and respectful.

Functional Academics

We make reading, writing, and mathematics meaningful. By utilizing specialized, research-backed curricula (such as the PCI Reading Program and TouchMath), we address literacy gaps and reduce math anxiety through practical problem-solving.

Cognitive & Processing Skills

We teach youth how to learn. Our educators target essential executive functions, including memory retention, planning, organization, processing multi-step instructions, and sustained cognitive focus.

Social-Emotional & Behavioral Skills

We utilize Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) to help youth understand their emotions, regulate stress, and build positive, lasting friendships. We emphasize communication training and self-monitoring over restrictive measures.

Practical Daily Living Skills

Our structured activities build the physical and fine motor strength required for everyday tasks, fostering self-reliance and the confidence that comes from personal accomplishment.

An Inspiring, Sensory-Safe Environment

Our youth spaces are designed to support focus and reduce sensory overload. We ensure that the physical environment acts as a partner in your child's education.
